Newham Judo. Club operates in partnership with Newham Sports Academy with Tessa Sanderson. The centre runs its own programmes of talent identification and introduction of judo to school children across boroughs of East London (Judokids with Tessa Sanderson); involvement of visually impaired children and adults into judo as a recreational activity and a sport (BlindJudo); identification and development of potential 2012 Olympians and members of GBR Squads (High Performance Judo)
Club will run sessions in the venue located next to Newham Leisure Centre - building known as Newham Squash centre
Come to the main entrance of the Newham Leisure Center. Our venue is left to it and signposted "YOUTH ZONE" with a red door leading straight to the dojo

South of England championships - Julia Zebala got Bronze with excellent performance in 52 kg, Kate Moshanova and Yhanee Carpio got two silvers. Other team members have got a great experience of competiting in an event of such calibre for the first time.

Julia Zebala took SILVER at prestige French domestic "A" Level tournament in Laval, 52 kg, loosing in the final just on a penalty for the "high collar gripping" regarded illegal in French system for this age group.
