Judokids

Programme of introduction of judo into schools. Duration of a lesson 50 minutes, weekly over one or two Terms (8-16 weeks).
Time-table varies in each school: before school (8.00-8.50 a.m.), during lunch time (11.45-12.30), after school (15.30-16.30 p.m.)
In the content of the programme - introduction to the technique of safe falling and basic judo skills (fundamental holding and escaping technique, technique of breaking balance and six basic judo throws). Programme also is part of Talent Identification process, scouting of gifted and talented children for advanced classes in the Centre .

This is a programme tailored around the needs of visually impaired and partially sighted children and adults. The centre offers special classes and courses in such schools and institutions. The core of learning programme is technique of safe falling and fundamental exercises for development of balance, coordination, space awareness and management of physical contact.

November,25, 2008. Talent Identification Day and Judo Try-out session at Joseph Clarke school for visually impaired children.
January,15, 2009. Talent Identification Day and Judo Try-out session at Royal London Society for Blind.
Performance Judo

These two programmes are tailored around the needs of athletes who pursiut the achievements at national and international levels, as well as others who choose judo as a means of recreation and fun.
